اہم شعبوں کی اسامیاں خالی ،گیس کنکشن بھی نہ ملا،جنوبی پنجاب کا ایک اور منصوبہ روایتی بے حسی اور عدم توجہی کی بھینٹ چڑھ گیاجنوبی پنجاب کا ایک اور منصوبہ کڈنی سنٹر حکمرانوں کی روایتی بے حسی اور عدم توجہی کی بھینٹ چڑھ گیا ۔ 2 شعبوں کے افتتاح میں کسی بھی حکومتی اور انتظامی شخصیت نے شرکت نہیں کی جبکہ منصوبے کو پرائیویٹ گروپ کی تحویل میں دینے کا معاملہ بھی سرگرم ہے ۔ڈسٹرکٹ ہیڈ کوارٹرز ہسپتال ملتان کیلئے تعمیر کی گئی عمارت کو سال 2012ء میں کڈنی سنٹر کے لئے مختص کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا جس سے مسائل کا آغاز ہو ا کیونکہ ڈی ایچ کیو ہسپتال 260 بستروں پر مشتمل تھا لیکن کڈنی سنٹر 150 بستروں پر مشتمل ہے ۔جسکی تبدیلی کیلئے کئے جانے والا کام بھی روک دیا گیا ہے ۔ ائیر کنڈیشنر لگائے جانے لگے توان کی انسٹالیشن میں کنکشن اور پوائنٹس کے بڑے مسائل سامنے آگئے جن کی وجہ سے ائیر کنڈیشنر لگانا ممکن ہی نہیں رہا ۔ پتھالوجی لیب کیلئے مشینری کی تنصیب میں بھی مسائل سامنے آگئے اور پتھالوجی ڈاکٹر بھی تعینات نہیں ہوسکا جبکہ اس شعبے میں 6 ڈاکٹروں کی تعیناتی کیلئے درخواستیں طلب کی گئیں لیکن صرف ایک خاتون ڈاکٹر نے درخواست دی۔ شعبہ نیفرالوجی میں بھی 8 ا سامیاں خالی ہیں ۔سنٹر کوتاحال گیس کا کنکشن بھی نہیں ملا ۔جس کی وجہ سے آپریشن تھیٹرز و دیگر شعبوں کو چلانا بھی ناممکن ہے ۔ ایگزیکٹوڈائریکٹر رفیق انجم نے ہسپتال کے شعبہ آؤٹ ڈور اور ڈائیلسز یونٹ کاخود ہی افتتاح کیا ۔
