The long standing govt project was finalized and brought to working form with the efforts of the doctors and employees of the unit. The doctors spent a huge amount of their own money on this hospital to make it functional for the poor patients. The paramedics and clerical and administrative staff, and all other employees helped as well in different ways and deserve appreciation.
Currently, the OPD services have started since 15th July, 2016 and up till today more than a thousand patients have been entertained already. Dialysis services started from 3 August, 2016. Radiology and Pathology services have also started working. The lithotripsy machine (for breaking small stones without operative intervention)has been imported from Germany and will be installed in a few days. Latest Model Operation Theatres are being prepared. Radiology and Pathology departments have the best machines available worldwide. Transplant services also to be started soon.
