Sealed Bids/Tenders are invited for the purchase of Daily .1 Purchase Medicine, Surgical Disposable Items (Day to Day Basis) for Multan Institute of 1Gdney Diseases, Multan for the financial Year 2016.17. The firms/ .1 Medical Stores having valid Drug sales license and registered with sales tax & income Tax departments can Purchase the tender up till 20-062016 from the office of the undersigned on the payment of Rs. 1000/• (Non Refundable) as tender fee. The tenders will be received on 24064016 upto 11:00 AM, and tenders (Technical Offers) will be opened on the same date at

11:30 AM, in presence of the representatives of the bidders. The bidders are required to attach Call Deposit worth Rs. 500000/{Refundable) issued by any scheduled Bank in the name of Executive Director Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases, Muhan. The tender Committee will reserve the right to accept or reject all the tenders on assigning the valid reason.

NOTE:

1. All the purchase process will be done in accordance with the PPRA Rules 2014.
