TENDER NOTICE (201 5-1 6)

Sealed tenders are invited from the firms having established credentials in terms of a Technical, Financial and Managerial capabilities and having registered with sales 8c income tax a departments for the purchase of Transport for Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases, Multan for the nancial year 2015-16 on F.O.R. basis.

1. Purchase of 30 Seater Coaster 02 Nos. 07-06-2016

2. Purchase of Single Cabin Loader 01 No. 07-06-2016

1. Interested eligible bidders may get the bidding documents containing terms and conditions along with list of items with detailed specifications from the concerned branch of Mutton Institute of Kidney Disease, Multan on the submission of written application on payment of Rs.1000/- (non refundable) as tender fee for each tender during working hours after publication of the advertisement.

2. Single stage — two envelops bidding procedure shall be applied. The envelopes shall be marked as financial proposal and technical proposal in bold and legible letters. Financial proposal of the bids found technically non-responsive will be returned unopened to the respective bidders.

3. The sealed bids are required to be brought in person by the authorized representative of the interested bidders on the proposed dates and to be dropped in the tender box by the closing time. The late arrivals and bids sent by post will not be entertained. The tenders (technical offers) will be opened by the purchase committee in the presence of the bidders or their authorized bidders (if available) in the Committee Room of Multan Institute of Kidney Disease, Multan.

4. The earnest moo, © of the total value of the offer/ tender in the shape of call deposit issued in favour of Executive Director, Multan Institute of Kidney Disease, Multan must be attached with the tender documents (photocopy with technical offer and original with financial offer).

5. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014.

6. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds

7. In case the date of opening or last date of sale of tender documents is declared as a public holiday by the government or non-working day due to any reason, the next official working day shall be deemed to be the date of sale, submission and opening of tenders accordingly. The time and venue shall remain the same.
